Where Is My Order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. Estimated delivery times vary depending on your destination and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Please note that delivery dates are estimates. Your order may arrive slightly earlier or later than expected.

Why Is There No Tracking Update?

Tracking updates may be delayed for the following reasons:

  • It can take 1–3 business days after shipment for tracking information to appear while the carrier arranges transportation.

  • During transit, tracking may not update daily and is often refreshed only when the package reaches major transit hubs or destination facilities.

  • If tracking has not updated for more than 7 days, please contact us and we’ll be happy to investigate.


Why Is My Order Taking Longer to Ship?

For in-stock items, orders typically process within 1–3 business days after purchase.

If your order includes pre-order items, shipment will be held until all items are available. This allows us to reduce our environmental impact by shipping everything together. In some cases, we may ship in-stock items separately to avoid extended delays.

We appreciate your patience as we continue improving our forecasting and fulfillment systems.


Why Didn’t I Receive a Shipping Confirmation Email?

A shipping confirmation email with tracking details is automatically sent once your order ships. If you haven’t received it, please:

  1. Confirm the email address used during checkout

  2. Check your spam or junk folder

  3. Log into your account to check your order status

Order Issues

How Do I Cancel My Order?

Orders may only be canceled before they leave our warehouse. You can cancel directly through your account’s order list.

If you experience any issues, please email us immediately with your order number and cancellation request.


Can I Make Changes to My Order?

Due to hygiene and quality standards for apparel items, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need to cancel your order, please do so before shipment. Once an order has shipped, changes are no longer possible. After delivery, you may request a return for a refund within 14 days, provided the order was not paid using store credit.


I Received a Defective or Incorrect Item — What Should I Do?

Please contact us as soon as possible and include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item received

Our team will resolve the issue promptly.


Missing Items From My Order?

Missing items can occur for the following reasons:

1. Split Shipments
If your order is overweight, contains multiple items, or includes pre-order products, it may be shipped in multiple packages. Remaining items will be sent once available.

2. Packing or Transit Issues
If an item is missing due to a packing or shipping error, please email us with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the received items

  • Photos of the outer packaging

Returns & Refunds

Can I Exchange an Item Instead of Getting a Refund?

At this time, we do not offer exchanges. You may place a new order and return the original item for a refund once it is received.


How Do I Return an Item?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your full order.

  • U.S. Domestic Orders: We cover the return shipping fee for the first return request per order

  • International return shipping fees vary by country

When Will I Receive My Refund?

Once your return is received and processed, refunds are typically issued within 7 business days to your original payment method.

You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund is initiated. If you haven’t heard from us within 28 days, please contact support.


Are Shipping Fees Refunded?

Shipping fees are non-refundable for returns due to non-quality issues. Return shipping costs depend on the carrier selected by the customer.


Why Haven’t I Received My Refund Even Though My Return Shows Delivered?

After your return is delivered, it may take 1–3 business days for our team to receive and inspect the package. Once approved, refunds usually take up to 7 business days to appear in your account.
